Welcome to Raze, an AI-powered photo editing app created by Raze Labs, LLC (“Raze Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Raze mobile application or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Raze provides an AI image editing environment where you can upload photos, describe edits using text prompts, and receive AI-generated edited images. The Service uses third-party AI models accessed through Google (Gemini API) and fal.ai to process your editing requests. The Service includes a chat-based editing interface, multiple AI model options, preset editing styles, subscription plans, and credit-based usage.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create a Raze account. For users in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old unless a lower age is permitted by local law. You are responsible for:
You retain all rights to photos, images, text prompts, and other content you upload to the Service (“Inputs”). By submitting Inputs, you grant Raze Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit the Inputs solely to operate and provide the Service, including sending them to third-party AI providers for processing.
Images produced by the Service (“Outputs”) are generated by third-party AI models and may be influenced by model training data, limitations, and your instructions. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Raze Labs assigns to you any rights it may have in the Outputs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Outputs and your use of them comply with all applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform policies.
AI-generated Outputs may not always match your expectations. Models may refuse to process certain requests due to content safety filters enforced by the AI providers. Refused requests that do not produce an Output will not consume credits.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that:

Raze offers weekly subscription plans that grant a set number of credits per billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each weekly billing cycle. Credit allotments reset upon renewal.
In addition to subscriptions, you may purchase one-time credit packs as consumable in-app purchases. Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Different AI models consume different amounts of credits per generation. The credit cost for each model is displayed in the app before you submit an edit.
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are billed by Apple subject to their terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly.

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in the Raze Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.
We aim to keep Raze running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen outages may occur. We may release updates that change how features work, add or remove AI models, or adjust pricing and credit allocations. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service.
Raze relies on third-party services to operate, including Google (Gemini API), fal.ai, Supabase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, and Superwall. Your use of the Service is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions for the App Store. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, behavior, or outages, and such events do not entitle you to refunds or credits.
Raze, including its software, visual identity, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Raze Labs or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in the Service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, nor may you remove proprietary notices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RAZE LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ACCURATE, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, ARTIFACTS, OR UNEXPECTED RESULTS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR USE OF THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAZE LABS AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO RAZE LABS FOR THE SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raze Labs and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your Inputs, Outputs, or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, legal requirements, or usage policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store subscription management. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting ianmcarscadden@gmail.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Sections 5, 10, 12, 13, and 14.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, USA. Where prohibited by law, mandatory consumer protection rights supersede this clause.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, technology, regulations, or our business. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
